These are the big problems that need to be solved and it is not clear that government is going to be able to take this on by themselves. That's not clear at all. We seem to be headed in the wrong direction. So it seems to us that the private sector driven approach has huge potential precisely because the private sector can be more entrepreneurial, precisely because this process of creative destruction comes into play, you can replace capital stock that you can move to next generation technology much more quickly through a for-profit model than let's say just a purely nonprofit or public policy driven approach. It's not to say that you don't collaborate with NGOs and with the government 'cause you do when you have to. But a private sector led approach has enormous potential to move us very quickly which from my point of view is what we need and we've got may be a decade or two to turn the ship and it's not clear that if we wait for world government to do it that it's going to happen.
